The UN Women’s Empowerment Principles were launched to give guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. We are proud to have signed the CEO statement of support and stand in solidarity with the other companies who have signed the principles and be part of the larger community. Learn more about the principles.
"At ABB, we are fully committed to the Women’s Empowerment Principles, also mirrored in our Sustainability Agenda. We strive to create safe, fair, and inclusive working environments where people can succeed and develop. And we have a clear and measurable target for women in senior management. We are equally committed to community engagement, with a focus on STEM education and empowerment, especially for women and girls."
- Morten Wierod, CEO of ABB
