At ABB we want to celebrate the uniqueness of every individual. We truly believe in the power of people and we want to support the LGBTQ+ community to flourish. That is why we signed up the UN standard of conduct for business tackling Discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, & Intersex People in 2020 and we support our employees with dedicated activities to promote awareness, enhance our internal process and policies and engage with local NGOs in various countries. We joined also external campaign with other companies to advocate for full equality as the one here below.

Encompass Pride Groups are active across US, Latin America and Europe catalyzing more than 900 members on voluntary basis. They are a safe space for listening, supporting employees and boost an inclusive culture, by organizing awareness campaigns and events for the employees globally.
