Drivers of Progress, Episode 9
Motor racing – thanks to its combination of human-plus-machine – is one of the only sports that allows men and women to compete as equals. Yet only 1.5% of race license holders are women. It’s statistics like this that inspired ABB to back the FIA Girls On Track initiative, which was established to encourage girls and young women into motorsport. We hear from Daniela Lužanin, head of the ABB Formula E partnership and Hannah Brown, Formula E’s Chief of Staff, about why a culture of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity is critical in business – and in motorsport.
