Employee Resource Groups

Employee resource groups are voluntary, employee-led groups whose mission at ABB is to champion diversity initiatives and embrace the differences that make us unique to foster an environment of inclusion equity and belonging at ABB.

The mission of ABB’s women’s ERG is Encompass Women's mission is to ignite a culture within ABB of diverse talent, including women, that supports the development and retention of talent.

Spearheaded by the European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT), of which ABB is a member, the pledge is designed to promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
