ABB has taken concrete steps to foster inclusion and equality in our company with our Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy 2030, launched last year. With the CEO as the executive sponsor for gender diversity at ABB, this strategy includes a plan to double the number of women in senior management positions worldwide over the next 10 years.
